im bhai u r wrong, i have a 60 hz motion rate tv and in fast scenes or fast scroll in new channels , there is blurring. infact response time and motion rate r most imp thing to consider when buying lcd/led. search on net and u will get the ans

philips one look good for its price (but not available in delhi :-? is it outdated model) but not for motion rate offcourse..
