2 on my Primary [ Original was a SD connection so had to replace it with an HD box, then one was really, really, really slow so got it replaced for free, within warranty it was]
Bought a new connection last year, so that one exists and sits pretty too.
I wish they both die, so I could buy a new connection without guilt
Pingu, if 1st connection is SD and 2nd is HD, what will be the cost of 2nd(HD)? ₹240+HD access fee or only ₹240 or full charges??

2nd connection automatically become primary connection bcoz it is HD and SD one be ur secondary connection. Price will be same 240 Rs.

On D2H, I had to change it like Devesh mentioned. I had to change make HD box as primary and SD as my secondary. Since secondary follows the Primary, HD subscription was available on both connection, but I couldn't watch it until I upgraded my STB.
I guess it is same across all providers, including TataSky.
you have to subscribe HD Access fee to watch hd channels.

Hi guys I want to change from d2h to tatasky in august as my d2h recharge will expire... will ts install their dish and lnb on stand set up by d2h?? Will the technician remove d2h branding dish and install tatasky one? Or will he drill new holes into the wall?? My house owner doesn't want too many drills in the wall..

If drilling is an issue, you can put this condition while purchasing with Tata Sky.
They can install their LNB and realign the existing antenna.
