Sticky How to add Dish Lanka channels in Dishtv STB

Follow these Steps and Enjoy :

1. Press Menu Key
2. Goto Help
3. Select STB Info
4. Press Red Button (Setup)
5. Select "Home Frequency" option.
6. Type with remote "9523"
7. Edit Home TP "12170/H/40700" & Press OK to Save Settings.
8. Press Exit
9. Normally EPG start updating if not then
10. Press Menu & Goto Help option
11. Selection "Channel Search" option & Press OK
12. When Scan Complete Press OK to Save new channels.

No it will be there until and unless you don't revert it back to NSS 6.

Yes bro. These setting will replace NSS6 with Sri Lankan transponder

No Bro. we will get NSS 6 + SES 8 (dish Lanka channels ) together along with Insat 4B channels. Right now when we tune NSS 6 Home Freq. we will get channels from NSS 6 + SES 8 ( Indian channels) + Insat 4B but when we tune SES 8 Home Freq. we will get NSS 6 + SES 8 ( both TPs of Indian channels + dish Lanka channels) + Insat 4B.

yes, so no issues in tuning to SES home tp.

Because all these 3 satellites co located with each other. So they have space but they don't have relationship also Broadcasters are not ready for small amount.
