I haven't tested it out yet. But I have read that it supports OTG.

The SoC or chipset is really great. Xiaomi hasn't used it to the fullest. It supports QuadHD display resolution, 4K recording, 21 MP camera and even Qualcomm fast charge version 3.0

Xiaomi has used Full HD instead of QuadHD for display resolution.

Video recording is also limited to Full HD instead of 4K

Camera is 16 MP at the place of 21 MP

And instead of Qualcomm fast charge 3.0 we get fast charge version 1.0

So device has been made limited in specs to cut down the cost.

SD card is not as fast as on chip memory. BTW, Which SD card do you use ?
