There is no need for Srini to declare, its a known fact that STAR will emerge victorious for ICC, and Sony will continue to hold IPL rights. It will be a understanding and Star/FOX may go one step ahead and award 'KFC Big Bash' rights to Sony. So there will be a business understanding and Srini will mediate in between.
