all those who were questioning me on knowledge that u need proof that tata sky has contract for 12 tps on gsat 10 signed, read the article carefully.tata sky signed the contract 5 yrs ago and are now waiting for allotment

also article says ''now that the satellite has been launched successfully, we are hoping that ISRO will fulfil its contractual obligation and allocate the 12 transponders soon. It will take care of the bandwidth crunch.'' . so it seems still isro has not handed over gsat 10 tps to tata sky

So it didnt alloted 12 TPs to Tatasky yet.
BTW Can u post full article... I am not getting that Page.

We signed contract with ISRO for a capacity of 12 Ku band transponders on its satellite five-years ago .

This statement doesnt say as The TPs from G Sat 10 ITSELF. ISRO have the power to allot number of TPs from Gsat 10 or any other its satellite according to their conveniance or availability.

I am not saying Tatsky wont get 12 TPs from Gsat but any thing can happen .ISRO is not liable to allot 12 TPs from G Sat 10 itself as per the statement .
