Did you try on other browser? Chrome throws up the ssl error

Thanks - will try and update here. Using Betternet right now.

However, as far as my knowledge goes - the issue can only be resolved only by the ISP, right? There is nothing much a user can do. Please guide me on this.

Tried that as well. It does not work.

By the way, when I use my Idea Cellular connection as WiFi on the same laptop, I get connected to all the sites. No DNS errors. The issue affects only JioFi connection. So much so that even the banking sites like onlinesbi do not work. Logically, I cannot use it on my VPN service for the simplest of the reasons.

I just want to know whether it is an issue with my laptop or something that has to do with Jio?
