It's not as simple as hanging cable from Tower. Whole setup needs to be present. Go for some other provider.

I know its not that simple. The person who visited me told that they can bring the fiber from the tower till our building even if I'm the only customer. When I asked whether the fiber has been laid at the location, he was evasive. I'm sure he's not aware of any details.
Moreover,I'm not ready to buy his logic that they will give the connection even if I'm the only customer. It was the complaint about the speed issues at my location for Jio mobile connection , he just wanted to pacify me. I've been repeatedly complaining on social media (twitter) and thru email, they are forced to make those claims. Nothing more than that. I've lost hopes on Jio and think it's a good option Tongo with other operators.

Mobility and fiber team are completely seperate. So as I suggested you earlier go for some other provider till jio comes. And it will take time

timkamat bab, I am waiting for Jio Fiber and it seem it will take 2 months for complete launch. In my area there is no Jio activity yet.

I quit BSNL 2 years back and took jiofi as bsnl has signal dropping and connectivity issues

I can wait for Jio Fiber

I suggest we wait for some few weeks as we will see activity starting soon.

I guess our patience will rewarded with great services from Jio Fiber

In my area also there is Gwave, Ethernet Express but many have not opted considering the monthly fee and installation costs as u said. And there is no clarity on the refund...... so i feel its better to wait

Ethernet guy told me installation charges would be waived off and I'll be charged 4k for the router cost.
But r they offering WiFi router ?

No idea about what type of router they are giving, but are u willing to pay RS 4K if its not refundable ?
