With Current real estate price, land itself will cost more than 1 Crore
usually Site measurements happen like 30x40 (1200 sq. ft), 40x60 (2400 sq ft)

its my grand father site we started construction sice 2014 just its finished now
consisting of two master bedroom with attached bathrrom (western style) 1 dining hall 1 kitchen 1 car garage
1 hall 1 backyard(washing clothes and vessels) 1 general bath room 1 washing maching area and 1 fridge area
1 pooja room andd 1 portico
1 floor consisting of two houses consisting of two bhk houses and balcony third floor consisting of 1 bachelor room with attached bath room and tarace
