I think it is D2H mistake that they haven't added &TV HD till now.

generally any DTH service think like this..they have to satisfy maximum customers.whether it is Hindi channel or any regional channel.Hindi GEC channels and sports channels have the more TRP than any other channel so DThs will add them only.yes some times its may not happen for that various reasons also there.but ultimately they will see the profit only.
