Websites content can be shared and that is what even ndtv, times now do, tag the URL in a word.

if you share 100-200 words (depending on websites), none can initiate any kind of action against anyone. Infact they themselves have thses kind of policies. Some websites don't allow. we know one such which is banned here. (Check forum rules for details)
So, if you share less than 200 words along with the article link, no one remains in trouble and everyone remains happy.
