i wud like to add one more point. those who thinks that its msm who ll b loosing more than 1 crore customers.
i do not think so bcoz msm also did the same calculation b4 they took the decision.
now take the examples as AUM bro said :
masti is no.1 but it is not available on tata sky.
movies now was no. 1 also when it was not available in tata sky, so channels have been in the top even too if they were not available in ant dth platform.
so its not msm who ll in a loosing position but it wud b only n only tata sky.
NOW lets take the assumption n views frm the tata's perspective :
y a new customer wud ever purchase tata sky :
1) masti is no. 1 hindi music channel but not available in tata sky
2) movies now was not available in tata sky
3) ten channels r not there in any base pack but that respective packages r higher in comparison to all other dths packages which r having ten channels in their respective packages.
4) 10 msm channels ll b to totally removed
5) no recording facilities even in hd boxes where as other dths have been providing even in sd boxes too.
