Bro as per rule ,Cess tax and service tax applicable for Excess amounts(Delay payment,Interest on previous due).

I used to buy products on EMI when there was no interest charges on EMI & no processing fees

What I remember is service tax is paid only in case of IRCTC ticket booking and Pipeline gas payment.

But for delayed payment there is no service charges. Correct me if I am wrong.
