Review My Personal Review about Tata Sky HD+

In my area tatasky office is near as 6 km.but they come after i registered complaint 6hrs...
service is poor but quality is better than others.

Problem is that they are too professional and do not empathize customer issues.

I m shifting to new place . Society already have tatasky MDU installed. Flat already have single co-ax cable. But tatasky plus require two cable. Did i want to change whole wiring with dual co-ax cable?

Tata Sky technician will pull two cables for you from nearest Junction box which would be located in the staircase. For this they may need a electrician too and they will ask you to bear his expense.

If SD customer and Non DVR non Mega HD customer having same point of view then it is really good.

Customers are same irrespective of the boxes/packages excluding for those who are on priority list

If a person paid Rs. 150 having single SD connection & if TS solving the problem within a minute then its a really appreciable work.
