This is how Airtel works. They troubles you to switch on the connection and even while switching off.

They aren't obstructing but since its a company paid connection so most of the time it remain unpaid and getting rejected for porting.

But during the porting out process i am feeling that Vodafone is equally worst. So, now dropping the plan to port.
