There is still scope to differntiate having 4K DVR with Multi-tuner,inbuilt hardisk and STB with Dual Tuner and External Hard-disk.
Remember inbuilt hardisk increases the cost of DVR wheras for STB you will have to bear the cost of external hard-disk separately.For from recording feature perspective DVR is always Best

Yes it's 4K DVR which will give more Money to them however more customer will go for 4K STB only, having less cost so thats why thay have brought 4K STB 1st in market eyeing on more business
Satellite broadcast TV: single DVB-S2 tuner is written there.
However we need to go by 4K Model number of "D2h 4K-4001-UHD" similar to that of Ultec UEC-4611.

I think USB PVR is not capable to functioning like DVR, but I agree with Sanjeev Bro. they will launch 4K DVR and then will enable a paid recording feature in this range of boxes. Since they're charging Re. 1 as "Indian Sanskar" might be charge Rs. 4 for 4K recording feature as "Videshi Sanskar"
