In SD they are giving it for free as a la carte.. But Colors HD .. HISTORY HD and CNBC prime is not present and u have to pay extra for them.

I think there is no yearly package plans in Dish tv right? And if I calculate I will be getting all the 37 HD channels (including colors, HBOhits and HBO defined) in 545pm and annually it comes to 6540 which is still less that T(S which will cost me around 8500 for the 23 HD channels.
For me DISH tv is very much tempting. I have to recharge my T(S when I am back in Nov so need to take decision within the month.

but be aware that only 8 or 10 HD channels got DD audio.

How about will they increase dd audio in future or chances are slim right now?

there might be a chance if numerous customers give feedback on implementing DD but beware that Dish might prove that DD is not available from broadcaster end.
