Cards with international transaction are supported. And it depends on the bank not the payment company. Because Master and Visa are supported almost everywhere in the world !Then which cards supported?

If master card supported everywhere, why not for you?
Because of the policies of Indian government, they have restricted international transaction on all debit cards by default. One has to get the international transaction enabled debit cards from the bank.

But my visa card can be used for international transactions too
BTW, purchasing from Google isn't a international transaction?
