There is no built-in wifi with HD PLUS box. I tried to set 'network preference as "Wi-fi", it asks for box reboot.

After reboot, I navigate to IP settings, it says 'No internet connection'

Thanks for confirming. So any idea what is the use of this wifi option?

I think it works like Wifi enabled Mobile handsets and we need to buy a Dongle + Wifi Router [if we dont have the Router] to get Wifi service.

After this recent software upgrade to my HD+ box ...i am encountering a small issue i.e., when i am watching a recorded stuff for some of the SD channels when i press the rewind button for 2 secs space it immediately moves back to 15 - 20 secs from current viewing rather than 2 secs...does any body else using HD+ facing the same issue...for sure it happens in HBO channel...

Can some one address my problem...
