Because they sold lacks of stb in mpeg 2 only support.
so migrate from mpeg 2 to 4 it will take long time and high cost.
some time need to swap new mpeg 4 supported box free of charge or push users to buy new box.
if they push users to buy new box im sure most of the people will move to d2h because their services much better than dishtv.

Please confirm whether Box is MPEG 4 or not because AFAIK onlyn Zenega white box is in MPEG 2 which they stop selling too.
