Chennai high court already dismissed the petition from SUN.Their option is only Supreme court now.
That was regarding attachment of property and not for cancellation of license.They cannot go to court until the I and B ministry officially informs them of cancellation.Before that they will send a showcause notice and SUN will reply after that only can they send a cancellation notice.
Since none of the charges are proven yet the Home Ministry cannot withold clearance.

As far as I remember this petition is for Sun network channels license only.

Is it ??then I was wrong.These Telugu websites misleading the news.
The license isnt cancelled.How can they go to court before that.The HC case was about ED attachment.
