HELP Query on Tata Sky MDU

Hi All,

My relative is unhappy with the cable services he is currently using. He has replaced his STB 3 times and still its giving issues. He has decided to cancel cable connection and take DTH Tata Sky.

He is living in an Apartment, and the cable connections are mostly concealed. So if he takes TS HD how will it be installed as his TV is just opposite the window in the living room and he would not want cabling in his internal walls from window to TV.

Also few more of his neighbors are planning to take DTH, so how many minimum connections TS needs to install MDU Dish. And what are the procedures, will concealed wiring be done ???

Minimum 20-25 users is required for a MDU connection.

But even if so many are not ready try speaking to them and society should call a meeting with Tata Sky officials. They will convince them all.

IndianMascot will TS consider 10-12 customers for a MDU Connection. As society is a small one with 35 flats (2 Buildings) so can TS install one dish for 2 buildings ???

Yes hotels here too are taking DTH.

The issue is there is a lot of pixalations happening on Digital Cable, its become frequent these days. Also No Signal issues have increased. But most of the time there is less interruptions. Cant watch HD channels coz of this issue, even SD users are facing same issue. Also many important channels are missing. So we flat association are searching for an alternative.

Since you too are a MDU user, i tought it will be best to ask you

Which is TS toll free number ??? They have 3-4 numbers but its not mentioned which is toll free.

TS is the best right in the market..... taking the price point

ALso i heard that servicing is free if we are in MDU connection. Is this true

What other benifits do one get in MDU

On Their homepage bottom right there us an option for call back. Try that. Don;t waste your time calling them. Let them call you back.
