HELP Query on Tata Sky MDU

No reply from [email protected]. they ask for customer ID and RMN.

I called 1800 208 6633 and they said that the concerned department will get back in 48 hrs. So how long will it take for them to call me ??? as i need to do this fast.

Really bad cable network still its not getting any better. Wonder whats the issue these days.

Didn't you replied those idiots that you are new customer and their dad has not given Customer ID or RMN yet.

I told them that i am a potential new customer and i need info on MDU, they did not give any reply on email, but only had

Dear Customer your email was not recognised due to "no RMN/Customer ID"

Didn't you kept their CEO ID in cc ?

You have to share your contact details too bro.

I gave them all details yesterday. They called me yesterday as i sent a request for new connection(MDU). They called and said to call on 1800 208 6633. I called them today and the executive said that they will get back in 48 hrs.
