HELP Recharge help needed from Pakistan

Hey guys I need your help as am in Pakistan the dishtv recharge scene has got very tough. I got a friend in dubai who has a colleague who is an indian and was willing to recharge my account but the problem he is facing recharging online is that when he selects pay by credit card or debit card the page asks for mobile number and email id. Does that have to be the same which is registered with dishtv as the page doesnt move forward of we enter any other email or number. If thats the case is there a way if the registered number and email could be found?
Also please confirm is it mandatory that the registered mobile number and email be provided in other paymemt methods as well?

only Ajai might help you but seems a complicate thing to recharge from anyother place as officials must be monitoring this.

Recharging isnt the issue. Its just i have to provide the Registered email and number which i dont have. Need help for that. Have already messaged Ajai with details.

You can ask your friend to register Indian Mobile number in the account for future aspect otherwise let see whether Ajai Bro. can recharge your account on his risk.

It always was banned but now its officially banned. The service is on just ran out of my recharge. The ban is on sale of all indian dth vendors who also did the recharge for accounts. So cant find anyone to recharge my account.
