When I saw a video of NDTV they said that more than 10,000 order per min for Snapdeal in 2014.Then I have one doubt that if Snapdeal is worst then how they got these orders.
In 2014,2015,2016 Snapdeal is in first three.Ebay is not in first three.

When I chat with ebay when I got mi fake product they said that we only return damaged product but in amazon and snapdeal they return products if it is not damaged also.

I never felt any inconvenience from ebay but my experience is a little off when it comes to Snapdeal and to your point ebay is the oldest eCommerce site in India and to the surprise Flipkart is to merge Snapdeal so can think a takeover by Flipkart to combat Amazon and Alibaba had invested in Snapdeal and so did the Tata Groups so Snapdeal has got much more money to burn than ebay hence it is counted in three biggies

I agree that we experience in ordering from eCommerce site but I am sure ebay is not that bad to skip it like you say
