How can they do that long term recharge customer. This should be brought into notice of TRAI. Its against consumer right.

They need to inform customer 30 or more days prior of removing any channel or compensating them with another similar genre channel or refund as per TRAi mandate.

Yes they add it, in the replacement of ETV MP, ETV UP, ETV BIHAR they add SAMAY MP, SAMAY UP and BIG MAGIC BIHAR but they don't give the replacement of ETV URDU

If this remains, this would certainly be a bad move. Other operators might get influenced too.

what if others had did opposite such that comparing these channels that they are available in base packs on their platforms.
