"Till now we did not have Telugu operations. With this agreement, we will now have Telugu operations too," said Star group's Udayasankar. He termed the business arrangement as Super Alliance. He said Maa Brand will now become Star. He however said that the Maa promoters will continue on the board, while the Star will only takeover the broadcast business..
