But i am not able to see SS HD3 as i am using New Gold Sports Pack.

I tried to contact their CC and they told me that this channel is present only in Platinum HD pack and i have to get it through Al-Carte by paying an amount of 45rpm. Are they trying to fool me?

d2h and Airtel have to add SS HD 4 after World Cup. Rest dishtv and TS already have it.
