If you remember, we faced the same issue when TS introduced the crap HD Access Policy. Even though I was subscribed to Annual HD Gold pack at that time, I had to subscribe to Colors SD to get Colors HD channel.

Now the HD Access policy bcomes a Joke ...

Same thing applied to romedy now,hbo premium.They will n't be included in any pack whatever you do or don't.

Yes,that's my point. They can change the policy and after this contact period gets over they can charge me for the channel. But I need the channel in this period.

I have a chat with cc, she told that this channel will not be available for Mega HD pack subscribers, as it is added in ala carte pack in which Topper channel is there.
