AFAIK yes they can even change any Pack or services any time. I think its in their rule.

They can change the pack at any time sir. But if they change, they have to provide six months of price protection. This is TRAI mandate .
I have posted the policy ss already here...
And IM bhai, post on their twitter. You will get call from their Bangalore office. If they don't agrees, ask him/her to conect you to senior officials. If this doesn't solve your prob mail directory to CEO's desk. I will do the same.

Yes, they can change. But in case of advance rental plans they can't do anything until the plan expires.
