You can argue when they would start doing that for ESPN as it was already a part of the deal.

Even if other dth add it,it will be out of their highest package.Because broadcaster want it to be subscribed by a special category people.And they will take max. percnt of 60rs what you pay.

For how long they will call it special ? Once other DTH add it as addon, their fraud will be disclosed. And why not ask TRAI directly what this "special" means and why this is being allowed ?

Why their rules and regulations are so week that all DTH players are playing with it.

Moreover, some one having legal knowledge can file a PIL for package and pricing regulations by TRAI .

Even if this channel is provided to me for my Mega South HD i will not watching it....but coming to your points guys...i dont think this channel will be provided to Mega HD Users....They will term this channel some thing like Showcase channel....
