I was happy to see that in my TS HD connection that Star Wold Premiere HD Channel is added but equally shocked to see that i need to subscribe to this by paying Rs. 60 pm.

I have subscribed to Mega South HD Pack at that point of time in the terms and condition it was mentioned that any channel addition will be provided to me at free of cost except topper channel.

I feel like cheated now by subscribing to mega south hd pack.

Hope you take my case seriously and provide the newly added Star World Premiere HD Channel at free of cost.

OT: My TS HD+ got hang up 3 days before and i knew it got repaired....called my known person in Bangalore....they sent me a technician with in an hour to my house on Monday morning....they could not replace my HD+ box since there was no stock with them...yesterday evening they had received only 1 box @ 4:30 PM and by 5:15 PM the box was delivered to me...the funny part is that the engineer told me that they had received only 1 HD+ box for replacement where they had to replace 5 - 6 other boxes which are pending for a week but that box came to me straight because of the pressure....

I got auto response from help and nodal both. I haven't marked yet to CEO because I am following their manual of practice. If they failed to resolve in specified time frame I will be much happy to drag them to TRAI or consumer court. In these days of inflation, they have given a good chance to let me earn some extra and experience consumer court proceedings.
