Basic difference of South Special and Dhamaal Mix is English News channels and ?

Now South Sports Special having SS 1,2,4 rest pack is same like South Special.

Free Regional Pack is there in North Pack too, I am not able to understand what South user will miss channel wise, only from budget prospective it will impact people otherwise TS packaging is very smart more then 50% regional channels remain Unsubscribed no matter whatsoever package you choose.
