Whats the logic in it? Does it mean south indian subscribers, living in north will not be able to access south packs?

I guess tata sky wanted it'd customers to quit and subscribe to competition

Is any South Channel available in the base pack ? They having 2 regional channel concept so South user only needs to subscribe those regional packs. Rest they have to pay for the pack allows to ROI.
