So i emailed TS on all 3 ids of Ceo, Nodalofficer and help about my issue.

I got a reply saying i will get a call in 24 hrs.

Within few hrs i got a call and i explained all issues to the person. Also about what false info his executive gave me about annual plan which made me lose my free pack. He said they will look into the call records and get back.

Hope it gets resolved soon and i get my remaining viewing days back.

Is it resolved bro?

No. I sent the mail and i got a call from them asking me about the entire issue in detail. I told them that.
They said they will look into this and also check the call details of the executive who had called me regarding annual pack.
They said they will get back to me.

That's the problem with Tata Sky too there days. They have become slow and less responsive.

Yes bro, even mine is same. But ur STB looks a bit different. I mean my STB has a slant sides in front, urs have straight sides.
Whats the model no printed on the outer box ???
