If TS was charging 200 Per Match for STAR SPORTS Première HD during T20 World Cup so what they will charge for STAR SPORTS UHD ?

It was not 200 for per match, it was 200 for whole series in which we got india vs pakistan match free......

If Tatasky truly want to market and make space in this segment of UHD STB, they can provide World cup series free of charge (bcoz they are charging for UHD STB approx. i.e. rs. 6000 to 7000)...so that everyone tempt to purchase this Stb to enjoy matches in UHD...

When I checked regarding Sky Sports, for experimentation they had telecasted 1 Football match in 2013 in UHD internally, after that nothing on UHD front

UHD is a fuss scheme, even HD is struggling in the world where we're not getting each and every content in HD from different broadcasters

French Open 2014 was telecasted in UHD in France through France TV Sport

The French Tennis Federation has partnered with France TV Sport and France TV Editions Numériques to broadcast some of the spectacular tennis matches from Roland Garros (Court Philippe Chatrier) live in Ultra HD, via the EUTELSAT 5 West A satellite in the new HEVC encoding standard (Transponder KB11).

This year, the images are encoded at 50 frames/s to enable viewers to get a better view of the action as the ball flies through the air at 200 km/h.
