But tell me out of that 98% customers how many are really interested in getting more from tata sky only 4% roughly know what all is happening and rest is least bothered they dont know what are the backend activities happening

Waste product. When one has internet and everything is available there then what is the use of this product and who would have time to watch content on mobile while working rather everyone loves to watch content on tv when one is paying for it and record it if they r not available to watch later.

Also 3rd tuner is for future use and remember for tata sky futurr means.... Well they said in 2012 that they have USB port for future use to record, it never got activated.

Its of no use for you but highly useful for those who are working and travelling. USB recording is a cheap and pathetic feature. Do not expect such pity things from premium dth of India.

Bro , already their Karaoke , 4K and Push VOD service has failed, this service will also meet the same fate.

Also USB recording may not be useful for u but for most middle class, lower middle class customers it is very beneficial. They cannot buy expensive stb's and services.

Also i have no issues if they launch premium services/products but firstly it should really be beneficial plus they should also launch more things for regular customers

yes bro. i do agree. d2h 4k is waste as content is not available n also event based. the same applies to tata sky also.
first they shud have provided recording facilities in sd n hd boxes. but they r targeting their customers.
