More than that. I need to read more about it. But what I can understand is this new integration will provide one stop solution to Tata Sky customer service team to analyse customer behaviour. Whenever customer details is entered into system it will start showing complain pattern, comments on social media pages etc etc.
So they can focus more on customers complaints regarding channel addition :woot:

Both are two different things. There are many department in the company. This particular is related to customer care team. Channel addition must be taken care by satellite management team and marketing.
