Tata Sky website says Star Sports 2 only in MPEG-4

Hi guys,

Today while checking i noticed that Star Sports 2 available only in MPEG-4 boxes. (check last paragraph)

Is it so?

I think very soon they may convert 1 mpeg-2 tp will be changed to mpeg-4 tp.

Expect more channels.

i think they already providing mpeg4 compatible setup boxes since long time...expect very old customers ie before 2007

or they might have added SS2 channel in HD transponder in place of sony six hd...

So we can expect that soon they will shift from Mpeg2 to Mpeg4.

In that cases more space will be available and more channels will be added

I guess then i guess it will take some more time for TS to get GSAT 10 from ISRO....by this i think TS is moving forward slowly to MPEG 4...

TS+ was launched by 2007 I guess and it is also MPEG compatible.....
