Yes from last year we are giving Rs50 extra with package as Entertainment tax

NOTE:- The increase in Package is due to Bihar Government decision to increased the Entertainment Tax from Rs.15/STB/Month to Rs.50/STB/Month effective from 16-Dec-2016.

bro, that was a state level decision and all state taxes are now clubbed with GST.

Under gst local bodies like Panchayat and municipal have rights to charge taxes as per their wish as they don't come under GST. Also any updation in gst has to be passed by states as they approx have 65-70% voting rights whereas centre has around 30%.
