Channel numbers can also change because Malayalam Gujarati & Hindi regional lcns are full

Malyalam genre still has some LCN's free, Hindi Regional is also free, they simply need to shift Channel Win to 196 and before 161 and after 177 there r ample LCN's. Regarding Gujarati i guess no channel is left for addition
