Why only long term subscribers covered under said clause? Even monthly subscribers are paying in advance.

But monthly subscription is deducted on per day basis and protection by clause 9A is only for advance payment and for new subscribers(less than 6 months). So I think monthly subscription is not eligible to get credit.

I think Only users opted for Neo pack has to be refunded . We will not credit any amount if they add any new channel in the pack to certain Provider .
Always there is a option of arguement in any issue sure. so that depends upon how user convince the provider is essencial ..

right said sir. This is good will guester, ts always want to satisfy user so they give credit if we argu very strongly. Even if you unable to recharge after due date,they also provide some credit.

In any case either they should provide credit for value equivalent to 2 neo channels or add 2 same genre channels. isn't it ?
TS executive informed me that they will credit my a/c. and debit again for TEN HD for 1 month. my a/c. already credited with rs. 61.80, but they have not debited again and not started TEN HD. But its ok i got credit for NEO channels for remaining period i.e. 35 days. now no need to subsribe TEN HD.
