u r right . but it not make any sense . as almost 99.99 % people won't buy HD STB to watch only SWP HD

Ok so you mean the hd access fee on sw premiere hd may go away but otherwise it may remain. Hd access fee is proving as heavy as dish tv's hd specific packs.

Entire philosophy of tata sky is wrong. They kept waiting for gsat 10 for 4 yrs. then AGain waited 1 yr after launch of gsat 10. Then decided to migrate to mpeg4. Mpeg4 migration from any person who can foresee and make right strategy should have started somewhere in the middle of first 4yrs of wait.

Now if someone cant handle normal channel availability and migration aspect why should then become too ambitious and focus on products like active services, jingalaala stuffs, wifi remote, remote recording, vod, tata sky tv and what not. And innovation in terms hdaccess fee from their initial simple rules of hd packs.

Ya, regulatory body cant force to remove hd access fee. But surly remove it from special.
