So there was a issue on pairing . That may be from Technical issues .
My location is in rural area so it will take time and also they might purposely delayed once they find some glitches. if STB doesnt work properly they has to visit again or technician is less knowledgeble .

Digicard and set top box are in pair, so while replacing stb, they need to update new pair i.e. Our old card and new stb pair and this is only done by local office of ts

yes sir, you are right but it can be only process through local office so technician need to call local office then he confirm some id's like stb serial no from technician and then do it. Some time, local office guy not logged in so they take time to do this. Mine was restart in only 5 minute

Ok bro.. Issue may be in Technicolor STB or may be in all MPEG4 STBs or in SW of MPEG4 STB , Once [IF :(] i get another Brand [Thomson] then it will be clear .
