HELP Termination of Dish TV SF without notice & not clearing the dues of SF

Probably even dish felt the heat on these crusaders hence they want to sort out the same before the matter is heading to police and court.

I am sure Anna Hazare won;t going to do Fast and Demonstration for this issue. Approaching a Lawyer would be better idea to resolve this.

Sir, 2 points i must inform you,to understand the case,
1)Dishtv suspended our franchise for no reason or any reason that I never asked,I always told that,the way of suspending an working SF was wrong,because it was without prior notice,sudden closer at 9pm,without clearing the dues,without a respectable solution for the SF-who generally called a partner of the company(the SF who bring the installation figure from 70 to 370 per month in this locality)
2)From the month December 2014 to April 2015 our only credit note received was Rs.30000/- against more than 1000 installation.So financially Dishtv made our SF paralised,and from this credit note beside paying staff salary(12 staff) and other expenditure of the SF it was not possible for us to reach the court.As you understand today the expenditure to file a case in the court is too high.
So I first reached Mr Subhash Chandra by mail,not getting any reply,we tried to reach Dishtv by twitter handle but they blocked our communication via twitter,my writing to respectable person and organisation including Anna Hazare ji was to try to reach Dishtv.
I was a sales personnel in FMCG sector,I changed myself from employee to employer with my PF and other savings.
My only request to you to help to get my money back from Dishtv and opening a DSA account,as till date customer comes to me for Dishtv.

This is a corporate affair case & no platform which is belongs to Customer service can't help you. The way you become partner of dishtv you have to approach them first otherwise you have to file a case against dishtv as per fraudulent sections.
