atlast got my problem solved at 5.00 pm today. got new stb and it got paired easily within a mimute

Now no problem in changing channels from channel no 993 to any other like 100?

channel before 100 is favourite and before channel 900(fav channels) 993 is coming previously it was before channel 100

yes it took 3 days for the correct stb pairing with digicard

I think its not the STB issue but technical problem only .

yes i think few of them don't know migration process.thats why they kept on changing stb one after another
