Now videocon d2h advertising that, before analog cable gets disconnected, switch to videocon d2h

Package starting from just Rs.99 pm & no restrictions on compulsory addons on it
Customers can choose any package wisely

Ad looks good but they failed to satisfy existing customers

Videocon d2h providing platinum pack for SD viewers & platinum HD pack for HD customers at just Rs.3.40 for only one day in every month

They just have to follow these steps

(1) choose day at which customer wants this offer
(2) keep/upgrade Pack to platinum/platinum HD on that day at morning
(3) Downgrade pack to flexi at night before 12 am
(4) that's it, you just have to pay Rs 3.40 for that day
After that, customer is free to choose any pack like super gold or any others by upgrading it

Conditions
(1) customer will not able to downgrade its pack further in that month
(2) this offer is not mandatory, customer is free to choose it or not
(3) this offer available lifetime, will never expire
(4) customer should have active connection will minimum Rs.20 balance in his videocon d2h account

e.g. - i m using 254 wala package. if i upgraded in the morning n then downgraded in the night then acc. to the dbr, the last package was 254 only.
so i will have to pay 0 rs only. zero. free.

You will not have to pay Rs.0
They will deduct DBR of 254 wala pack
Instead downgrade directly to flexi
They so deduct just Rs 3.4
