Hello friends, I have an HD set top box with an RF remote. But the remote have stopped working. This is the second remote in 6 months. So please tell me can I go with non-RF remote or do I have to go with same remote again?

If your STB is having RF chip, you can't take non-RF remote.

I want to leave my d2h connection with 6 months balance still remaining will i get that refund? I am a platinun hd user nd want tatasky connection which package should i subscribe of tatasky?

Brother expecting refund is horrible because it s take more than 30 days we need to mails continuesly to CEO and they will take our box and all won't pay anything for hardware and only balance will refund possible that to extra benefits if any will be deducted so please think on this Boz of this I am still using D2h mine also 6 months validity
