That's their standard reply, bro.
Once I asked them why English News channels are available in lower packs of South and not for ROI. They replied, I can create my own pack by choosing a-la-carte. :D

But this was not for me:D..by mistake someone's email i got..
The NAME and CUSTOMER ID r not mine in EMAIL..
Dont know how they can make this type of mistake

Veer bro you are still lucky that you just got wrong email regarding subscription renewal.

Guys i'm telling my story now unveiling d2h's limitless negligence. D2h deducted 150 rs. TWO TIMES from my balance as engineer visit which was not happened in my house.

When i called them first, they were not ready to give it back ...they were just saying that you have made eng. visit and thats why balance deducted then my temper gone high because even if i make visit it would be free coz i was in warranty!!
Then talked with supervisors and raised complaint. First they closed complaint and nothing happened then again i lodged complaint then they gave it back.

In these two cases, deduction was made coz of their negligence... When i asked them the detail about when visit was made and why it was made? And you won't believe they gave me someone else's mobile number. They said that this was the number from which request for eng. visit was made.!!!!!!!!

COMPLAINT KISI OR KI AUR DEDUCTION KISI OR K A/c KA!!!!
