That itself proves they don't credit proactively. Same happened to me regarding Price protection. They reduced the validity when price rise happened and when i objected they corrected it.

Even geekvishal too faced similar issues.

previously they were crediting 15rs even u recharge before 2-3 days... Now must be before 7 days or more days

I am having HD zapper 2011...I want to replace it as STB & remote both are giving problems...But after reading the comments about new buggy boxes I think I have to stick with this only...

I just received sms that my complaint has been registered..and cc people told last ni8 our engineer will come tomorrow...but none has to come

but the question why customer have to wait for 48 hours? Is they refunding our money of 2 day?? We r paying for engineer visit and have to wait for them

Last year i was also facing some problem in rainy season..& technician reached my home after 3 days & that only after continuous phone calls to pathetic CC & Nodal..:bang:..In normal days they are supposed to reach in 24 hrs. but in rainy season its 48 hrs...
